We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Items shipped from Spain may only be returned from addresses within the European Union.
• Items shipped from the United Kingdom may only be returned from addresses within the United Kingdom.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be received in their original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odours, or alterations. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, the refund will be refused, even if the item has been received by us.

Once the return has been approved and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders shipped outside the eligible return regions. This means:

• Orders shipped from Spain cannot be returned from countries outside the European Union.
• Orders shipped from the United Kingdom cannot be returned from countries outside the United Kingdom.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
